Bases of Further Challenges
AHPRA's activities have become so aggressive and dysregulated that it needs to be taken to task for the laws that it breaks on a daily basis.
Justice is a two edged sword in a democracy.
Everyone is subject to it and is equal before the law.

Weighing Souls: Judgment Day
This means that most of us go about challenging AHPRA and the system the wrong way.
Consider lodging counter complaints against people complaining, if appropriate.
For example, a patient complains that you have been rude but stops you from working and prohibits you from entering your room. The charges: trespass for refusing to leave on direction, deprivation of liberty, committing a public nuisance, endangering the public.
With this approach your options for future actions are much enhanced.
If the system refuses to act, then come the "corruption" complaints - to multiple people at multiple levels, progressively ensnaring more and more officialdom, until justice is forced to be done.
To appeal individual decisions against you, individually is the path of failure. The system is geared against providing justice to doctors.
To convict AHPRA for transgressions in the course of its activities is far easier. And if a conviction sticks, you have a much easier basis of appeal.
Again, if the system refuses to act, then come the "corruption" complaints - to multiple people at multiple levels, progressively ensnaring more and more officialdom, until justice is forced to be done.
But, remember, how much inertia exists in the system.
You need to keep pushing to succeed.
Let's List some bases of Legal Claims:
The plan is to release the stuff as our anti- AHPRA pogrom goes on.
Accessory to Manslaughter. I know of one doctor harassed to suicide by AHPRA investigators. I think the number of doctors, their families and others pushed to the brink is not small. It is a wonder there are not many more victims out there.
I know of a guy called Axxxx, who was not a pleasant piece of work. He told his girlfriend to "go neck yourself" and she did. Qld Police charged him with accessory to manslaughter but failed to make the conviction stick. I think AHPRA staff do a lot more to injure and hurt people and destroy their mental health than the guy called Axxxx ever did. They need to be held responsible. The process by virtue of documented correspondence is more likely to earn AHPRA and its staff a conviction than our guy Axxxx.
And consider. How is it that doctor who helps a person to suicide with their consent and cooperation, can be charged with a crime, yet AHPRA who forces doctors to suicide against their will can get away without charge, Again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again.
And these are the ones we know about.

I had a thought talking to a judge friend of mine about the AHPRA debacle. He asked what the average level of education of the AHPRA employees. Look at your emails. You will find that you don't need much education to work for AHPRA. Our police train for 24 weeks in College and then 12 months on the job in Australia. In the US, the education for police is a fraction of this. AHPRA probably just gives them an Orientation Day.
Then it tells them to go get the malfeasant doctors, to the limit of the law and as far beyond as they can imagine.
Figures!

No More. It Ends Here.
